Nature

Nature is a wonderful balm

which can make your soul feel calm.

When I see the tall pine trees

feel the scented breeze.

My weary soul gets renewed

and I wish I just knew

I could be free just for an hour

and be a petal in a flower.

I would like to ask our Creator

what made Him build this lovely theater.

We are just passing guests

of this beautiful planet

let us treat it with respect.

    GFK must write more, it is really nice to read such encouraging, refreshing kavithai daily....vaazhkai ennum naatakaththil naam yellaam pommaikal.....nature heals many wounds/pains......

    GFK,
    Your poem looks simple while reading first time.But you make your marks with few lines like a pearl in the shell.
    One of the line I enjoyed in this poem is

    "We are just passing guests
    of this beautiful planet"
