உரையாடல்

நேற்று மாலை ண்பர்கள் பாய், நான், மோகன்தாஸ் மற்றும் TP கண்ணன் ஸ்கைப் மூலம் உரையாடினோம். கல்லூரியின் முதலாண்டுக்கே அனைவரும் சென்றதுபோல் ஒரு பீலிங்....அனுபவித்தால்தான் அது தெரியும். செந்தில் அவர்கள் நம்முடைய நெட்வொர்க்கிற்கு மேலும் பல நண்பர்களை அழைத்து வருவதாக கூறினார், இப்போதெல்லாம் அவரே அடிக்கடி காணாமல் போய் விடுகிறார்...சொக்கனுக்கும் என்ன ஆனது தெரியவில்லை அவரை லைபேசியிலும் தொடர்பு கொள்ள முடிய வில்லை....

    OK nanbargale - I am so impressed by all your parenting skills, taking the time out to go for a movie with the kids inspite of your busy schedule as in the case of CHocks or taking care of the house and being so supportive of the wife's career as in MKS' case. I am so proud of you guys. I know that folks here can learn a thing or 2 about parenting from our desi folks. Not to say that they don't exist here, they do but not as much as I have seen at home. Still working on technical glitches. I managed to download a virus so I am in the process of sending the laptop out for that. The other computer from work does not have the webcam or a microphone. So I hope and aspire to join the conference uraiyaadal one of these days.

    It looks the indian husbands are dominating, but it is not so we do a lot of work at home helping wives and children.

    1.Guji-You should have a licensed 'Anti-Virus' software in all of your computers.I have been using 'Kaspersky'AV.It's cheap and best.
    2.Karayan is correct-I can't simply be a spectator in my home.I am the one who has been washing the clothes and mopping the home in addition to routine purchases esply groceries ,for years together.I enjoy it and won't let it to go to my better-half.

    Karayan, Bhai and my other nanbargale - both you and your spouses are kuduthuvaithavargal because it looks like you not only help out with chores but also enjoy doing it. The true credit goes to your thaaimaargal who raised you to be supportive of your family and help out. You know right now the trend is as I am perceiving in India is that the kkds are no longer domineering but the samsarams are; I know this is not always the case but based on what I have seen with cousins and siblings things have flipped now. Here once again perhaps I have become more conservative but what I am seeing is there is a generation of good men raised by their parents to be good supportive KKDs, treat their samsarams right. But then the samsarams take full advantage and have no respect and rule over the KKDs, and neither do they have the familial cooperativeness that we grew up with - uncles, aunts and the sense of families.
