சுரேஷ், ஷாஜு தேவ குமார் , முத்து ராமகிருஷ்ணன் மற்றும் டெய்சி ராணி (sorry if i am wrong )
Among them Shaju was down to earth , a jolly guy, a great dancer and a lovely basketball player
one day ( as told by a close confidant of d batch ) Dr. Ra(bies)jasekar was incharge of the ogy ward and he called our hero and asked him in thamizh உனக்கு காக்கா வலிப்பு வருமா? none answered and the class fell silent but mind raced as it was thought that the teachers bottom stomach was burning jealous cos' of shaju's break dancing abilities!
It was not remembered if he stood silent or mumbled something, but the teacher himself broke the silence
" இல்லே கையிலே ஒரு இரும்பு வளையம் மாட்டிருக்கியே அதனாலே கேட்டேன்னு " .
அதுக்கப்பறமா ரொம்ப நாளைக்கு ஷாஜு அந்த வளையத்தை (sort of sardarji's bracelet ) மாட்டினதா நினைவில்லை

In answer to MSK'S QUESTION -
பதிலளிநீக்குIs it enquiry or inquiry?
Thanks to google, here is what I found:
There is always the difficulty of recognising American English spellings and British English spellings with words like these. Whether we like it or not, much of our language is now heavily influenced by American English spellings.
British English uses both ‘enquiry’ and ‘inquiry’, but not in the same way as American English, which favours the ‘i’ spelling.
Enquiry
‘To enquire’ means to request information/look into. From this comes the noun ‘a/the enquiry’
Examples:
■We ought to make some enquiries about getting our work vetted by Future Perfect.
■They enquired about the football match.
■She enquired about his health.
Inquiry
This is favoured in English only when talking of investigations.
Example:
■There will be an inquiry into this riot

duraipayam - yeah he was something else!! I remember some of the stories Leena used to say with her class's experience of him when she started out originally and then we had the pleasure of her being in our class and of course duraipayam too.
பதிலளிநீக்குI remember him being quite high or thanni adichified all the time. But the best part was he would fall asleep in most lectures and it was funny to see the head shaking away. I don't think he hit it on the front bench. One can't forget the paarvaigal that we got from him, usually the kind of paarvaigal that requires the victim's tahapan to beat the crap out of the one who gives the paarvai. Anyway - sweet memories!

thanks gujili on ur excellent backdrop work on inquiries
