hi GFK thanks for the comments regarding that 3 days we were stuck bet lucknow to bombay,train stopped near vadodra-no food anywhere,luckily we found a tamil family in the station-they cooked nice food for us 3 days,we could not venture out in the towns as locals threatened to beat us up because most of us wearing lungi,sathya was with the boys at that moment with her broken hindi she tried to explain to locals that we are only students we did not even aware of the situation etc etc,very scary at one point in bombay at the market that some locals heard that we were talking in madarasi -they shouted thu ragivgiko maradia( you people killed ragiv)-somehow we escaped that as well.thank god we had good food all three days.
hi gujili i only deal with small pet animals i started with farm side as well but no chance for me to survive with 2 tonnes cows and moreover farm side(open field) is always very cold in 2000 cold winter I and my collegue went to collect blood samples to test for TB for about 100 cows,when i was about to collect b/s from a dozen cows my hands were started nump and i had breathing difficulties so my collegue put me in the car and switched on the heater,it took 10 mins before i start to brathe normally,that was the end of my farm practice.
Hi Peer: Thanks for sharing your horrific experience with All India Tour. I am glad all of us made it through fine. As far as large animal practice goes I can imagine it being awful in the cold weather we all live in. Thanks for sharing. GFK
